Working as part of the Senior Leadership Team allows me to ensure that our school, Snodland CEP, has a positive impact on every child within our care. Throughout the year, so many fantastic opportunities are given to the children to be able to show what they are capable of and be the best they can be – it is a joy to watch them grow and embrace every challenge that comes their way.
